Solgenia Announces the Acquisition of emFAST Inc.

Bridgewater, NJ – April 7, 2011 – Solgenia S.p.A., a European provider of technology solutions and services, has strategically expanded its product offering and US customer base through the acquisition of emFAST Inc., a US based industry pioneer in network fax messaging. Since 1990, emFAST has enhanced fax messaging from a simple document transport mechanism into an indispensible business tool that fully integrates into critical communication areas.

This acquisition expands Solgenia's presence in North America, strengthening its position as a global leader in providing comprehensive business software platforms and technology for small and medium sized businesses. This new enterprise will operate as Solgenia, USA, Inc. and will be branded simply as Solgenia.

Bob Binn's to Lead Solgenia's Growth into North American Markets

Toronto, ON - March 22, 2011 - Solgenia S.p.A., a European provider of technology solutions and services, is pleased to announce that Bob Binns will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Canada and USA.

Bob Binns is a talented executive who has built and operated technology companies serving vertical markets in the Canadian marketplace. He has achieved team success in small companies through to large multinationals and is highly accomplished in strategic planning, financial management, and communications with a broad range of stakeholders. Prior to joining Solgenia, Bob Binns has held executive positions at IBM, Microsoft, Bank of Montreal and Unisys, as well as several privately-held software companies. Bob Binns is a graduate of Queen's University in Mathematics and of management programs at Harvard University and the Kennedy School of Government.

Bob Binns will be based in Toronto, Ontario, with responsibility for the development and operations in Canada and USA.
